2016 Sauvignon Blanc
California’s North Coast growing region has long been recognized for producing delightful Sauvignon Blancs. This light bodied white has a fragrance of ripe Meyer lemon and Kefir lime with a subtle undertone of herbs de Provence. The flavors on the palate are crisp and fresh with citrus notes leading the way through the refreshing, fruit driven finish.
Pairs beautifully with green vegetables (asparagus, zucchini, fresh peas, artichokes), raw oysters, delicate fish like sole, light grilled chicken and fresh herbs, or any salad with a mild viniagrette.
